Clinical recommendations and service availability may appropriately differ based on individual medical needs, professional judgment, clinician licensure, service scope, and legal requirements.
Communication Assistance
WellifyCare Medical S.C. provides appropriate auxiliary aids and services to people with disabilities and meaningful language assistance to people whose preferred language is not English when required for effective communication and by applicable law. Available assistance may include:
qualified interpreters;
information in alternative formats; and
reasonable communication accommodations.
These services are provided free of charge when required. If you need an interpreter, auxiliary aid, alternative format, or another communication accommodation, please tell us when scheduling or contact us as early as possible.

How to Report a Concern or File a Grievance
If you believe WellifyCare Medical S.C. failed to provide communication assistance or discriminated against you, you may contact our Civil Rights Coordinator. Please describe what happened, when it happened, the people involved, and how we can reach you. You may submit a concern verbally or in writing, and we will provide reasonable assistance if you need help.
