When available and clinically useful, body-composition data may support discussions about fat mass, lean mass, nutrition, and resistance training.

For selected patients, CGM or home glucose data may provide clinically useful information about glucose patterns.

Home readings can help characterize blood pressure patterns and guide treatment decisions when collected appropriately.
Remote Patient Monitoring
Eligible patients may be offered RPM when clinically appropriate and operationally available. Separate eligibility, consent, device, data, documentation, billing, and cost-sharing requirements may apply.
